Through my career as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I have asked myself why a generalized program doesn’t work. If it did, we would all be much healthier and that grapefruit and boiled egg diet I tried in 9th grade would have been a success.
The goal is to propel you to find the uniqueness within yourself and how to best serve what has been created by working with you to find your path to a healthier life.
What motivates you? What are your goals? Is it that pair of jeans you want to wear, or is it the marathon you want to run? Are you tired? Are you sleeping, eating, digesting, eliminating?
How about your internal organs? Are they screaming to be noticed?
